GuardRadar is the staff CRM. Two check modes sit inside it. First the randomised spot check, then the patrol mode on the phone: the field hub, an incident, a break, and a check-in. After that, the roster and the record.
The system picks the timing — server-side, with a 25% random jitter. There's no pattern to learn, no "I'll deal with it in a minute", no snooze button. The whole shift is the test.
